Rules of returning the goods and funds

General rules. The limits of liability of the seller.


1. The company VIS Pharmaceutical Ltd. guarantees high quality and wholesomeness of products sold by online stores www.glatte-cosmetics.com, www.glatte.cz.

2. Cosmetic products in this online shop are sold in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

1. Return of goods because of complaints about quality
